10/07/2008 - York City in Pre-Season
Following on from the successful coverage of previous years, York@54 will once again be covering our local football club York City FC for the 2008-9 season. Our filming kicks off tomorrow night with the pre-season friendly against Leeds United (kick off 7.30pm) and we intend to capture the highlights of all four of the Minstermen's home games in the lead up to the new campaign (versus Leeds, Middlesbrough, Barnsley & Hartlepool United). As last year, our highlights can also be watched on the York City Official Website (www.ycfc.net). As Setanta Sports have selected the opening home match v Wrexham for live coverage, our first game will be the home fixture against Histon on Saturday 16th August. |
